EB-5 Program

The EB-5 Program was created to enable immigrants, who seek to enter the United States, a way to invest in new businesses or commercial ventures, that will benefit the US economy. The business should provide for at least 10 full-time jobs and contribute to the job market of the local area the investor plans to establish business in. GPARC is seeking investors for projects in TEA’s (Targeted Employment Areas) only.


*Targeted Employment Areas include:

  1. Rural areas, defined as any area other than one within a metropolitan statistical area or within the boundary of a city or town with a population of 20,000 or more; and
  2. Areas having an unemployment rate that is at least 150% of the national average.
