Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur
Filing fee: $3,675

Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
Filing fee: $1,070 ($985 plus a biometrics fee of $85). Please check special instruction for exception for refugees, applicants over 80 years of age and applicants under 14 years of age.

Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions
Filing fee: $3,750, with a biometrics fee of $85. Additional biometrics fee of $85 must be paid for each conditional resident dependent, as listed under Part 3 or Part 4 of Form I-829.
